šŸ›  Enduro Clutch Lever — Installation and Setup Guide

šŸ”§ Installation Instructions

  1. Remove the stock lever
Take off the pivot bolt, clutch lever, and return springĀ
The return spring is not reused. Our lever uses a built-in adjustment screw instead.

  2. Remove stock plunger
Use a pair of pliers to remove the stock plunger, it is not reused.

  3. Apply lubrication
Use white lithium grease or a similar lubricant on the pivot bushing, pivot bolt, and all contact points of the lever.

  4. Select your preferred clutch feel
Choose between Light or Extra Light.
Insert the metal bushing into the desired leverage ratio slot, and place the nylon spacer on top of the bushing.

  5. Check pushrod alignment
Make sure the clutch master cylinder pushrod is fully seated and aligned straight before installing the new lever.

  6. Install the new lever
Reinstall the pivot bolt through the master cylinder housing and the EnduroSolutions lever. Tighten securely.

āš™ļø Adjustment Instructions

Important
Only adjust your clutch once the bike has reached full operating temperature.
A cold clutch will drag and cause inaccurate engagement, which leads to excessive reach or clutch slippage.

  • 10mm Brembo recommend setting: X-Light
  • 9mm Brembo recommend setting: Light
  1. Set the engagement point
Use the adjustment screw to ensure the clutch fully disengages when the lever is pulled tight to the handlebar.
Turning the screw clockwise will move the engagement earlier in the lever pull.
Adjust until you find the feel and engagement you prefer.

  2. Adjust free play
With your 5 millimeter ball end Allen key, turn the stop bolt to set free play.
You want just enough clearance so the clutch fully re-engages when the lever is released.
If there is no free play, the clutch may stay slightly disengaged, leading to slippage and excessive wear.
If there is too much free play, you risk rattle and less responsive clutch control.

  3. Test and ride
Go for a ride and test under real conditions. Fine tune the screw and stop bolt as needed to dial in your setup. Bring your 5mm ball end Allen key on the first few rides as you may need additional adjustment on the trail.Ā

🧰 Tips

  • Torque the master cylinder clamp bolts to 4 to 6 newton meters

  • Use plumber’s tape or friction tape under the clamp to help it rotate in a crash, protecting both the lever and the master cylinder

  • Recheck adjustments after a few rides
