Return Policy

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Please use a trackable shipping service to send the item(s) to our return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items
