Why we made this

Stock throttles lock you into a single pull rate, and the drag of a plain plastic tube on the bar takes constant maintenance. We have all broken a plastic housing. On drops it is easy for the throttle to jam, and for newer riders the power can be too much to handle.

We wanted a throttle that fixes all of it, so we teamed up with Trial 2 World Champion Sondre Haga to build the best throttle we could. Swap a cam and the same throttle goes from stock feel up to a 50% faster pull. Patented ZeroDrag bearings under your hand take the friction out of the turn with almost no maintenance. Billet construction takes a beating. PRO STOP means you never worry about a jammed throttle again, no matter the impact. And an optional limiter tames the pull for beginners.

Compatibility

The Dream Throttle System fits all trials throttle systems, with one exception: it is not compatible with Beta 4T (4 Stroke) systems.

It also works with the stock Domino throttle tube.

Choosing your cams

Small Cam Set (white, grey, red): fuel injected bikes, or carbureted bikes wanting a near stock pull. Sits between the stock Domino black and white cams.

Large Cam Set (blue, yellow, black): carbureted bikes wanting a significantly faster turn, up to 50% less pull.

Linear cams speed up the pull at a constant rate, while progressive cams start slower and ramp up deeper into the throw, giving manageable power down low and a quicker spool up top. Measured rotation numbers for every cam are in the charts in the photo gallery.

Don't like a cam? Change it. A swap takes two minutes on the trail, so you can experiment and even switch between riding areas: faster for dry and grippy, slower for slippery.

Interchangeable cams

Six cam profiles across the lineup, linear and progressive. The Small set (White, Grey, Red) suits fuel injected bikes or a near stock feel, and the Large set (Blue, Yellow, Black) gives carbureted bikes up to 50% less pull.

Linear or progressive

Linear cams change just the speed of the pull, at a constant rate through the whole turn.

Progressive cams start slow and ramp up faster, so you keep traction at low throttle openings and still spool up quickly when you open it.

ZeroDrag throttle bearings

ZeroDrag bearing system

Sealed cartridge bearings sit directly beneath your hand, inside the handlebar, so the throttle tube spins on bearings. Incredibly smooth action, hidden from impacts, and close to zero maintenance.

Aluminium construction

CNC machined from billet aluminium for a precise, durable housing that shrugs off crashes.

PRO STOP safety

Our cams feature a tail that contacts an internal cross bolt, so when the throttle closes there is a rock solid stop. No jamming and no failure, no matter the hit.

An optional limiter caps the pull to a 1/4 turn, ideal for newer riders learning to manage the power.
