How your order gets from our shop in Squamish, British Columbia to your garage, and what to expect on customs.

Shipping policy

Every order ships from our shop in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada. We aim to have your package out the door within 3 business days of your order.

Once a package is in the courier's hands (UPS, DHL, or Canada Post), the delivery is on them. We do not control transit times, weather, customs holds, or courier delays. If something goes sideways in transit we will help you get in touch with the courier, but we can't refund or speed up delays that are outside of our control.

Tariffs & duties

United States

Tariffs on your order are prepaid at checkout, and we subsidize part of the cost to keep it fair. To see the exact amount for your order, add the items to your cart and enter your shipping address. The full breakdown appears before you pay, so there's no surprise on delivery.

Everywhere else

There are no prepaid tariffs for orders outside the US. Depending on where you are (UK, Europe, Australia, and so on), your parcel may still pick up courier brokerage fees, import duties, or local taxes (VAT, GST, and similar) when it arrives. Those charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the importer's responsibility.
