We trust our parts and we want you to trust them too. Most parts are backed by a 2 year warranty that even covers crash damage.* If it does not survive a crash within two years, we replace it. Here is exactly how we handle every situation.
Crash damage covered
Best in the industry. If your part does not survive a crash within two years of purchase, we replace it for free.

Parts stay available
Wear items and spare parts stay in stock, so a worn out part never means replacing the whole product.

*Pumps and lanyards are not covered under the 2 year warranty.
**Free crash replacement shipping applies within Canada only. Outside Canada, crash replacement shipping is charged at cost, since international shipping adds cost and time. We will still look after you, and our dealers around the world can help you locally.
***Shipping, duties and tariffs on returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded on any return, inside Canada or internationally, and return shipping back to us is at your cost. On orders shipped outside Canada, any duties or tariffs collected at checkout are paid straight to the destination country and are not refundable by us either. On a return we refund the price of the product only. If duties were charged on your order, you may be able to claim them back directly from your own customs authority once the goods are exported, so keep your paperwork.
