Ergo Clutch Lever V2
Ergo Clutch Lever V2
Introducing the patented V2 Ergo Clutch Lever – Taking our unparalleled comfort and clutch feel to the next level!
What's new? A new look and styling with the same great feel. Enjoy a lighter clutch pull and optimized clutch engagement point with our updated leverage ratio. Now designed with an inline plunger position in mind to fits all trials bikes, including pre-2014 models. Plus, upgraded bushings ensure lifetime durability. These levers are also fully FIM compliant and certified for the highest level of motorsport competition.
🎯 Unique Design & Feel: Our patented lever design offers an ergonomic 1-finger position that's designed to contour perfectly against the finger. This optimizes comfort and reduces interference, allowing complete pull to the bar without crushing other fingers. Through extensive design and testing, we are the only levers that can eliminate finger interference while still maintaining a ball end that adheres to motorcycle safety and FIM competition standards.
Built to Last: Machined with aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum, the Ergo Brake Lever is built tough. Its compact design stays tucked away, reducing the risk of impact and damage. With our 2 year warranty you're safeguarded against the unexpected. If you break it we'll send you a new one. *Purchase receipt is required.
⚖️ Which lever to choose: Deciding between the Standard or Short Clutch levers? Here's a few points to consider:
- Standard lever is designed to deliver a balance between traction, clutch response while maintaining a light clutch feel. These have a slightly longer throw and a significantly lighter feeling clutch. Fantastic clutch modulation, finding more traction, and reducing finger fatigue. Throw is the same as our V1 Ergo Clutch levers. Work very well with bikes with a stiffer clutch such as Montessa, TRS 300, or pre 2023 Sherco/Scorpa.
-
Short lever is designed to give a shorter finger throw and faster clutch responses, while still balancing slip. This new lever provides similar clutch stiffness and engagement similar to our V1 Ergo Clutch levers while shortening the throw. Great for bikes which have already have soft clutches such as Vertigo and Gas Gas, this option provides a snappier clutch response. These are also great for kids on smaller capacity bikes as kids have shorter fingers and which can create problems fully releasing the clutch.
- Short lever - 68mm from center of mounting hole to middle of finger position
- Standard lever - 75mm from center of mounting hole to middle of finger position
- OEM Braketec lever - 68-90mm from center of mounting hole to middle of finger position
🔧 Compatibility: Fits all Braketec / AJP / Beta / Grimeca Master cylinders.
🛠️ Installation: Levers come with 1x copper bushing, 1x oversized plastic bushing. Install copper on top and plastic on bottom. For Beta/Grimeca master cylinders no bushing installation required, install with stock bolt.
It's advisable not to over tighten the master cylinder handlebar mounting bolts (4-6NM). If possible use plumbers tape under the master cylinder clamps. This allows the master cylinder to pivot on the bar in the event of a crash, minimizing damage to both the lever and the cylinder.

These levers are fantastic! I have them on both brake and clutch sides. They take a bit to set up and get used to but they're great.
Love the v2 version. Good feel and modulation. Leverage is spot on.
Highly recommend.
I am loving these. Stock levers are unnecessarily long, bulky, basic and often break. These have been a game changer for fit and feel getting them much closer to the feel of a one-finger brake lever on a modern mountain bike.
Bonus is that they are FIM compliant!
Also the colourful tool-free adjusters make this a solid 10/10 upgrade.
I would recommend these for all users.
